Privacy policy.

The short version

We keep what we need to run your pages and nothing more. We don’t sell data, and there are no ad trackers on JobWrapped.

What we keep about contractors

• Your email address, which is how you sign in.
• Your business name, phone number and logo, if you add them.
• The Google ID of your business listing. We don’t copy your listing’s details from Google.
• Your job pages: photos, titles, notes and the customer first names you type.

What we record when someone opens a page

• That the page was opened, and whether the review button was tapped.
• The visitor’s country and browser type, and the time.
• We don’t keep visitors’ IP addresses with these records.

To stop abuse, the IP address of anyone asking for a sign-in code or sending a report is kept for up to 2 days.

Your Google reviews

Once a week we check your business’s public Google reviews, through a data provider, to show you how many new reviews came in and which may have come from your job pages. We keep the reviewer’s name, rating, text and date for that.

Emails

We send sign-in codes, and now and then tips or news about your pages. Every email except sign-in codes has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it within 10 business days.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase stores the database and handles sign-in.
• Vercel hosts the site.
• Cloudflare stores photos and runs the bot check on sign-up.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Google provides the business search, under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Outscraper provides public Google review data for the weekly check.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. Cloudflare’s bot check may set its own while you sign up. Nothing else tracks you.

Deleting your data

You can remove any job page from your account. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@ysrstudio.com from the address you sign in with.
