Who we are

JobWrapped is run by YSR Studio. Questions go to hello@ysrstudio.com. Our mailing address is 15 Bambari Crescent, Wuse Zone 7, Abuja, Nigeria.

What JobWrapped does

JobWrapped gives contractors a free review page and job pages with photos and a button that opens Google’s review form. You send the links to your customers yourself.

Your account

  • You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox.
  • Only claim a business you own or are allowed to act for.
  • If two people claim the same business, we may ask both for proof before deciding who keeps it.

Asking for Google reviews

Google sets the rules for reviews, and by using JobWrapped you agree to follow them. In short:

  • Ask every customer the same way. Don’t screen out unhappy customers or send only happy ones to Google.
  • Don’t offer anything in return for a review, such as a discount, gift or entry into a draw.
  • Don’t ask for a particular star rating or particular words.
  • Never post or buy fake reviews, and don’t review your own business.

We may remove pages that break these rules.

Your photos and text

  • You own what you upload. You let us store it, show it on your pages and resize it so we can run the service.
  • We may also use your job photos and reviews to make a sample website for your business to show you. We won’t publish it, or use your content in our own marketing, without asking you first.
  • Only post photos you have the right to post and that your customer is fine with. Leave out faces, house numbers, license plates and anything else that shows where someone lives.
  • Pages show your customer’s first name only if you put it in the title or note. Never include an address.

What’s not allowed

  • Anything illegal, misleading, or someone else’s work posted as yours.
  • Using JobWrapped to send spam or to collect information from homeowners.
  • Trying to get around the limits, break the site or use other people’s accounts.

Google Maps

The business search uses Google Maps. Your use of it is also subject to the Google Maps and Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Removing pages

You can remove any of your pages at any time. Anyone can report a page from the link at its bottom. We may remove pages that break these terms, and we may close accounts that do so again and again.

The free service

JobWrapped is free and provided as it is, without warranties. We don’t promise any number of reviews. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost business, lost data or indirect damages from using it. We may change or stop the service, and we’ll email you before any change that affects your pages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and email you about anything important. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
